Brodderick Tucker
Chief Executive
"Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard”
Brodderick is a native of Little Rock, AR. As a youth Brodderick was active in several sports and clubs. Brodderick was an active Scouter and a member of the Order of the Arrow; he later earned the Eagle Scout award & was a Delta Sigma Theta Honoree.
Brodderick was awarded a scholarship to attend Grambling State University where he earned a degree in Political Science.  After college, Brodderick was hired as a District Executive with the Boy Scouts of America. In the Delta Region Brodderick was able to increase scouting, increase donations and built a strong volunteer team to accomplish District goals. He was also instrumental in the development of the council’s first 5k Walk/Run, which continues to this day. Being in the poorest region of America and the third poorest area of the World, Brodderick was shocked that there where Americans that lived in such destitute conditions. He realized more needed to be done to effect social change in the Country. After almost two years with the Scouts, Brodderick decided to further his education and is currently in his final year of completing a Master’s degree in Sport Administration. Mr. Tucker enjoys camping, running, canoeing and climbing whenever he can. He also is a supporter of the the United States Armed Forces & services as secretary for Sunrise Lodge#114 in Grambling, LA. Brodderick is firm believer that the youth of America should get out of the house, put the video games down and become physically active.
